Educational Technology

Course Description: This course will enable students to use technology to communicate, seek, gather, and combine information in a meaningful way. We will emphasize internet safety, word-processing skills, information processing and computer literacy. We will implement the Utah State Technology Core Curriculum and will base our objectives upon these standards. In addition, we will support the students' regular classroom instruction and enhance their grade level learning experiences.

Internet Use: The use of the internet will be vital to our classroom instruction. Educational websites will be accessed regularly. To obtain a copy of the Alpine School District's Internet Acceptable Use Policy and Permission Form please click here.

The Jedis with the top 25 scores will be going to the Christa McAuliffe Space Center on Friday, May 14 for a private space mission! We will leave Alpine Elementary at 1:30pm and return at approximately 5:00pm.
